Tumblr Mosaic Viewer
this here is the tumblr mosaic viewer, and it’s pretty much the niftiest thing ever. i’ve linked it before but i will keep doing so every now and then so more people can discover it.
you can enter in ANY TUMBLR URL and see every photo post in mosaic form. you can search tags individually and you can even reblog and like stuff right from the mosaic if you want. this makes it way easier to go through someone’s blog and reblog stuff - not to mention it makes things easier to find and look at in general.
my blog’s mosaic + some of my tags. i have the pictures on the largest setting (out of two), but you can make them quite a bit smaller if you want.
also, to make it even cooler, you can google image search photo posts from the mosaic if they are unsourced.
other neat features: you can organize the posts from newest to oldest, oldest to newest, or make them completely random; you can look at all of the photo posts on your dashboard via the mosaic; you can look at all of your liked posts via the mosaic; and my own personal favorite feature: lists.
here is one of my lists:
look at all dat scout. mmm gurl. this list will basically just show a clusterfuck mosaic of all the posts tagged “scout” on the blogs i added to the list (minus the fuckyeahs, since obviously everything they post already contains scout in some way, thus rendering my specification of the tag pointless). the mosaic comes up with hundreds of scout pictures from all of those blogs i added to the list. neat, huh?
